We hand pack all of our stock item/s at our HQ, where we aim to have your order dispatched within the least possible time and try to ensure they are fit for their onward journey.
We try to keep products in stock and for immediate delivery. However, some products need to be ordered and have a longer production and delivery time associated with them, which are clearly labelled within the online shop. Special ‘made to order’ products, which includes all our larger furniture items that are not kept in stock, are clearly identified as such on our website and will be shipped as soon as we receive them in stock and they have been quality checked.
All item/s purchased that are in stock will be sent out to you within 1 to 2 working days. All orders placed after 2pm (GMT) for in-stock items will be processed the next working day. Please allow 24-48 hours from the day your item/s arrive at by-form.net for us to process your order before dispatching, there is however every chance that your parcel will be processed
and dispatched on the same day (please note we do not always ship on weekends). If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you in one delivery as soon as they all arrive at the by-form.net warehouse. Once your item/s have been marked as dispatched we hand over their care to the respective courier.
All production and delivery times are approximate for your guidance and refer to the time from which we have received and processed your order, until the item is shipped from our warehouse. The lead time for non-stock items and ‘made to order’ products is subject to change. Form will always contact you promptly if any interruptions to your order occur.
We have different options when it comes to delivery using a combination of Royal Mail and other courier services:
If you are ordering from within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands postage is charged at £3.95 for all orders.
If you are ordering from within Europe including Southern Ireland
postage is charged at £9.95 for all orders.
Our standard delivery services do not include unpacking or assembly. Occasionally, the courier company may require assistance unloading larger, bulky items.
For furniture and larger items, postage costs are on application and prices
are calculated, based on the size, weight and value of your order, and depending on final destination country. Larger packages will be sent using a courier service and we’ll provide you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Once the tracking information has been sent, it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel.
We currently only ship to the UK via our online shop, but we can deliver worldwide. If you are ordering from another country that is not included above, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a postage quote for your items. Any applicable customs charges are to be paid by the customer and will not be paid by ourselves.
Please contact us by email at email@example.com if your parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days. If we are not notified, it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost cannot be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items.
Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local contact telephone number for the intended recipient, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items which do not arrive due to incorrect details.
