Naoto Fukasawa used a typical Thonet material for the design of the 130 chair. The result is a archetypal chair with subtle details, constructed in solid wood. The simple wooden chair has an ergonomically shaped seat resting on its frame and a comfortable backrest. The seat and backrest without upholstery are made of moulded plywood in stained beech or oak. Alternatively the seat, backrest and armrests are available with structured coatings in different colors, or in various upholstery options.
