Returns and Refunds

We always aim to please, however, if we fall short and you are not completely satisfied with your product, then items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return your items/s, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you, as long as the goods are returned as new, unopened, unused and in the original packaging and complete with all accessories. Otherwise, Form will not accept the return. Please note on
non-faulty items, all delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the
product is deemed to be damaged or defective.

Special ‘made to order’ products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This includes all our larger furniture items that are not kept in stock. All item/s that are ‘made to order’ are clearly labelled as such on our website. Item/s that are clearly labelled ‘made to order’ are excluded from our standard cancellation and refund policy and therefore we will not ordinarily be able to change such orders, make a refund or exchange any ‘made to order’ item. You should therefore only place your order if you are sure that the item and finish is right for your needs. Item/s that are ‘made to order’ that are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt can be returned via our standard damaged goods returns policy below.

Please let us know first before returning any goods by emailing
hello@by-form.net. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond with instructions on where to send the item/s and original packaging.

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us by email at hello@by-form.net and you will be issued with a full refund in due course. If your item/s have been dispatched, then you will
need to follow the returns procedure as outlined.

If an item you have received is damaged or defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible.
We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before
we issue an exchange or a refund.

Please make sure items you are returning are well packaged, as we cannot
be held responsible for any loss, damage or breakage during transit. Ask for proof of postage from the post office/courier for your returned item. When we receive your parcel, we will confirm that the products are in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the products are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or not in a resalable condition, it is at Form’s sole discretion as to whether a refund will be issued.

Once we have agreed to refund any items, this will be processed within
24 hours. We will issue a refund of your original purchase price minus any delivery charged on your original order. We cannot refund for the cost of returning the item to us. Please note that the speed at which the refund is made can vary depending on bank processing times.
